Integrated Marking Platform for Advanced Combat Training
I.M.P.A.C.T.™ is the hyper-realistic weapon and projectile platform T.R.A.C.E.™ runs on: a 1:1 training weapon and a patented caseless marking round, built to work as one. Extreme accuracy out to 100 metres, driven by compressed air instead of gunpowder, so a felt hit reaches real engagement distance without a firing permit, a danger area or a converted service weapon.

The duty weapon is never converted, replaced or worn. With no gunpowder and no cartridge case the platform falls outside most firearms rules, which removes permit work, secure storage, danger areas and range bookings.

Compressed air holds accuracy out to 100 metres, against roughly 30 metres for legacy powder rounds. Every hit is felt and leaves a visible mark on the body, so the exercise is scored objectively and medics treat a real marked wound rather than a called one. Six marking colours keep opposing forces, teams and phases separable in the after-action review.

During the exercise, T.R.A.C.E.™ fuses every relevant channel into a single time-synchronised picture: position, weapon orientation, line of sight, hit events and physiological load. One training leader cannot follow 30 individuals at once, and giving each of them direct feedback in the moment is impossible. Every participant is therefore tracked objectively in real time, so nothing is reconstructed from memory or from what the training leader assumed happened. That record is what the analysis and after-action review are built on.

After the exercise, T.R.A.C.E.™ synchronises all captured data into one dashboard. Instructors replay every second of the engagement, quantify exposure and engagement outcomes, and validate what actually happened, not what people remember happening.
AI-Driven Debrief
A.D.D.™ is the AI layer built into T.R.A.C.E.™. A traditional after-action review describes what happened. This one reconstructs why, writes the debrief for the training leader, and turns every weakness it finds into the next exercise.

Thousands of data points from mapping, sensors and mission context feed a purpose-built AI engine that finds patterns humans cannot reliably see: recurring failure modes, capability gaps and priority-ranked recommendations. Because every exercise is measured the same way, a site scoring 30% in month one and 70% in month twelve is not an impression, it is a benchmark.
That measurement compounds across the network. A threat pattern surfaced at one port sharpens exercise design at every other site before that threat is ever encountered there.
Fed into a NATO battle-management or C4ISR system, the same dataset becomes a forecast. A site with no benchmark of its own can be planned against comparable sites: how the engagement is likely to unfold, and where logistics, troop posture and evacuation should sit.
The loop closes. The next exercise is smarter than the last.
Based on the analysis, A.D.D.™ generates tailored training recommendations and optimised scenario proposals. Weak spots become focused drills, and the next exercise is designed around what the last one actually revealed, not around what someone assumed needed practising.
